When she hears the distant car, Celeste listens to her Da and heads upstairs. He didn’t say nothing about not watching. Soon she sees men drag her Da away and even the great Machine he’d been working on.
When the strange men come in the big car, they steal away Celeste’s Da along with his great Machine, leaving Celeste behind. Alone and afraid, Celeste must discover her courage to save her Da.
